What’s the difference between meet & greet and park & ride?
With meet & greet you drive to the terminal and our driver takes your car away and brings it back when you land. With park & ride you park at our car park yourself and take our free shuttle to the terminal — it costs less.
Is my car insured?
Yes. Every car in our care is fully insured, and our drivers are vetted and trained.
What if my flight is delayed?
We track your return flight, so a delay is no problem — there’s no extra charge. Just call us once you have your bags.
Can I cancel?
Yes, up to 48 hours before drop-off from the “Manage booking” page. With cancellation cover you get a full refund; without it a £15 fee applies.
